Ice wine is one of the sweetest mistakes nature has ever made. It is well known that the temperature gap leads to the formation of the most stable aromas in the wine. Due to such late harvesting, the color of the ice wine is always rich golden and we also have to mention the nice viscosity caused by the high content of sugar. The bouquet is very intense with pronounced Muscat flavors and notes of honey. It has a fine, pleasant taste, with a refreshing acidity and shades of apricot.
