Pisco Reservado
Pisco Reservado is a Chilean grape spirit that combines all the fruity aromas and flavours of Moscatel wine grapes in one spirit.
Selected grapes are first made into a strong wine and then distilled into Pisco in a copper still. About six months of aging, first in steel tanks and then in oak barrels, give the distillate a creamy texture and full mouthfeel, but without losing the fruity and floral character of the Moscatel grapes.
As a result, it also still has a character strong enough to pass aromatically succinctly, even in the Pisco Sour.
