Sherry Pedro Fino

Taste

Fino is a young dry sherry. Its aroma is fresh and reminiscent of spices and almonds. The ageing process takes place under a yeast layer (flor) - so it is protected from oxidation all the time. The young aroma is optimally supported by subtle notes of French oak barrels.
