The youngest distillery on Islay has already released quite a few whiskies as special bottlings in its relatively short existence. Consequently, Kilchoman distillery is not only the youngest but also the smallest distillery on the island.

  • Taste

    A nose of sweet peat and vanilla, undermined by brine, kelp and black pepper. Full-bodied ash at a time. A soft mouthfeel, with lots of nicely balanced citrus fruit, peat smoke. The finish is relatively long and sweet, with building spice, chilli and eventual nuttiness.
