Milk & Honey

Milk & Honey Classic is an Israeli single malt whisky and also the first commercial whisky released by this distillery. The name 'Classic' is proudly attached to this whisky, as this expression embodies the best of what Milk & Honey Distillery has to offer.

It is known that the Milk & Honey Classic single malt is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and special STR red wine casks. STR here stands for shaved, toasted and recharred. By shaving the oak, it is as if the whisky is maturing in new oak casks. As the casks are then toasted and heavily charred, this provides the Milk & Honey Classic with more complex and intense flavours.

  • Taste

    The aroma is rich with notes of vanilla, oak and light floral influences. On the palate, a supple character emerges with powerful notes of vanilla, caramel and sweetness. Oak and pepper provide balance. The finish is short with hints of oak and spice.
